Please join us for a reading and discussion with poets Sunu P. Chandy and Sham-e-Ali Nayeem in celebration of Sunu's new book of poems, My Dear Comrades.
Join us to celebrate the release of My Dear Comrades, a book of poems by Sunu Chandy, which was selected for the 2021 Terry J. Cox Prize, and will be published by Regal House in Spring 2023. Chandy will be in conversation with Sham-e-Ali Nayeem, a Hyderabadi Muslim American poet, who is celebrating the release of Moti Ka Sheher, an album of soundscapes of spacious electronica. Chandy and Nayeem will offer performances from their releases, as they converse about making work as Southeast Asian lawyers and poets.
